Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy guidelines. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Exchange Items

If you prefer to exchange an item for a different size or color, simply indicate your preference when initiating the return. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship out the new item promptly. Exchanges are subject to availability.
